Hi All,
What a nice day to be out flying. We flew five CAP Cadet Glider Orientation flights in the morning. Two of the cadets were from the Iowa CAP Wing, and one was from the Nebraska CAP Wing. At the end of CAP, Dan gave a ride to Mary, the Iowa CAP Wing commander. Welcome Iowa CAP Wing, we are happy to have you flying with us! We then flew twelve club flights. Ryan K. flew a couple of solo flights. Jim D. flew a couple of flights with Ryan riding in the front seat. Dave L. flew a solo flight. John H flew three pattern flights. Bud jumped in for a flight, followed by me. Dave L. flew the hangar flight. The clouds came in and made it hard to find much lift, but Bud got in a half hour flight.
Frank and Bob D. did the towing.
