Turned out to be a beautiful day and not too many folks were expected as I was the only tow pilot initially. Had a potential new member show up, Randall Lasenburg. He had some time in a C-172 previously and was interested in a glider rating. Bob Dyer showed up and he was able to tow as I took Randall up for a FAAST flight. Jay B., Mike B. and Bob D. all got out their Russia birds and waited patiently for the lift to develop. Pat G. showed up and took his wife Michell up for a 15 minute flight in the L-23. All of the Russia birds left in order next, Jay, Mike and Bob. with Mike having the longest flight of 1:45. Hanger flight was Pat and Tom in the L-23. As an FYI, Dan and I will not be available this Sat.
