Hi, all:
The fuel pumps at Skywerx are still not functioning. So, we only had enough fuel for four tows. We checked into buying fuel at the North Omaha Airport, and we can’t. We talked about sending the Pawnee to Tekamah to buy fuel, and decided it’d take too long. As a result, we flew the four flights we had fuel for. It wasn’t a good weather day for soaring, anyway. It was pretty windy, with gusts in in the low twenties.
Today’s flights:
– Mark B. flew a flight lesson with Steve R.
– Ryan K. flew a check ride practice flight with Jamie.
– Jeff F. flew a check ride practice flight with Jamie.
– The hangar flight was Eric H., who took his son Ethan for a ride.
Frank towed for us today.
Let’s hope the fuel pumps are back in operation this coming weekend!
